  Went in a few weeks back for a bagel sandwich. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in but eye contact was made. Ordering is done on a tablet. The food was fine, nothing I’d recommend or come back for.

  Staff here is awesome. Bagels are yummy …and the peanut butter coffee latte criminally underrated 😋

  Really great bagels, a lot of variety of flavors. I tend to like savory, but there’s also some really good sweeter options. I had the bacon chive cream cheese, it was amazing! Ordered it online for pick up, and super great service!

  Food was yummy, staff was nice. Order ahead system not good. We had ordered ahead from the night before, and not only did Ugly Bagel not have the order (after confirmation text and email from their system) but some of the menu items on the website to order were no longer available. Staff was great and made the order from the confirmation email but I had to wait 15-20 minutes even though I had ordered ahead the night before while multiple people picked up their orders they had ordered while I was there. Might go again but would caution others that your order ahead may not go through, so may not want to rely on it to pick things up before work or an event.

  All of the staff is so happy, and helpful! I love going to restaurants where the staff is so personable! The atmosphere is welcoming and so clean and bright! And the bagels…well, we are back for day 2 for bagels and sandwiches! Love finding a hot spot on vacation where we enjoy the food! Thank you!!
