  Ordered a mango peach refresher. It was terrible. Asked for an exchange but the manager refused. What is happening to businesses these days? It’s a $5 drink… that money is more important than customer satisfaction?

  I ordered a number one cheeseburger for lunch and got home with a smash burger. I complained and was later told the menu had changed and a number one had been changed. Learned a few things today. I threw the Smash burger in the trash. It was old and dry

  It’s been well-known that this location is so freaking slow. I am always waiting for over 10 minutes, even if it’s just a drink. I was just given a half-full soda with sticky residue all over my cups. Just insane that I have to clean my cups to take a sip after paying over $5 for a drink. Come on y’all.
