  I ordered a number one cheeseburger for lunch and got home with a smash burger. I complained and was later told the menu had changed and a number one had been changed. Learned a few things today. I threw the Smash burger in the trash. It was old and dry

  It’s been well-known that this location is so freaking slow. I am always waiting for over 10 minutes, even if it’s just a drink. I was just given a half-full soda with sticky residue all over my cups. Just insane that I have to clean my cups to take a sip after paying over $5 for a drink. Come on y’all.

  This place really needs some management and quality control. I ordered a smash burger and the grease was pouring out the box onto my pants. I opened the box and there was like a tablespoon of oil swimming in the corner ! I couldnt even pick up the burger it was so soggy. I didnt bother to complain because I doubt they care. Go somewhere else, there's 5 other fast food places nearby.

  This is my go to Sonic location. Plus their other location off of hwy 96. Their customer service is phenomenal. Overall I am 100% a satisfied customer. I also try to tip when I can using the app and placing an order to go. Note: My Complaint! Recently, there seems to be a rally of teens hanging out at the drive-in at this Sonic location, blocking traffic, acting out loud, causing chaos and conflicts with drivers, etc. Definitely makes the experience very unsettling. My Suggestion: I suggest a few security guards/officers or sheriffs to make us customers feel more safe and at ease.
