  They gave my order to another car which happens but had to wait a crazy amount of time for a remake. Manager was not professional at all! Wendy was her name I think, but not sure. Location needs some work!

  This place is run so poorly, its not a wonder the In and Out across the street is overwhelmed. At least they know how to provide decent service !

  Consistently the best McDonald’s in middle TN. Always fast, even when the whole red light of cars turns in at the same time.

  At the location I was getting my food and I had to repeat everything to the server at least 2 to 3 times and she asked twice if were getting out or in then when the order gets to me the quarter pounder is made wrong because when I asked it plain with only cheese they put everything on it and I had to scrape it off on my box and the fries weren't salted at ALL

  I stood at the register for 5minutes before walking out! Mgr saw me and ignored me the entire time while he scooped fries. Nobody else would come and take my order either. Very unprofessional of a customer oriented business to ignore their clientele. Yes, they have kiosks but i shouldn’t be forced to use them. Not the first time I’ve been disrespected before. Previous visit had the mgr reluctantly come take my order finally and just stare at me. Gray Family, please teach your managers to take care of your guests, not treat them like crap!
