  Visited the Gray family McDonald’s at Berry Farm today (1:00pm10-10-26). It was the worst service and experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Walked in and an elderly lady had been standing waiting for over 15 minutes when I got there. I waited then used the kiosk my receipt got dropped on the floor. I asked the rude employee to pick it up and give me a cup for my drink, I was ignored ended up after about 10 minutes getting the cup myself. After all that time the poor lady was not even asked for her order. Lesson learned, don’t go in and expect to be treated. The treat is you will not be waited on. Gary Workman

  Tables need to be cleaned between customers! I could not find one that was clean and this was when they were slow in the middle of the afternoon!

  Only gave one star bc it wouldn’t let me give zero. I’ve had better service at a self serve gas pump. There’s a Latino guy in the store that completely ignores the customers. Just straight up ignores them, the guy next to me had to wait 45 mins for a McMuffin and a hasbrown. Finnaly after trying to get the guy to listen I had to wave my hands in his face to get a response, all I got was an annoyed “what”. I told him my drink was wrong and it needed Carmel, he filled a cup with Carmel and threw it down on the counter and walked off. I will never come back here again, worst McDonald’s in Tennessee.

  The food was not good. They have changed the burgers and it was a little bigger than a Krystal. The burger did not taste good. I ate at 11am and the fries were cold. They looked like they were saved from the night shift and put back in the grease to warm them up. They had no salt on them. I have given this restaurant many chances, but not again.

  Molly hatchet playing way too loud and being ignored at the register until we were told to just use the kiosk
