That doesn’t explain how my order switched from in process to delivered at the 10 minute mark. Oh and in the end they didn’t even get my order correct.

I did not get an apology at all, the young girl grabbed my bag, and instead of taking the incorrect sandwich out and putting the correct one in she just grabbed the correct sandwich and out it in a new bag. When I made a different girl aware that I was now missing my hashbrown she apparently thought I was trying to get one over as she rudely pointed out that "it was in your bag" before I made her aware that I gave the old bag to her coworker. She dropped a new one into the new bag and without a word just handed it to me. Customer service is apparently a lost art.
