I got a Lux Nova that I customized to be on a spinach bagel and added extra onions. The salmon was fresh and plentiful. Seating: About Starbucks sized Parking: Plenty Service: Everyone nice and helpful Food: 10/10

The offered no compensation, no apology-NOTHING. They were “too behind” to take anymore orders. It’s freaking BAGELS, not a Michelin star restaurant. Don’t go here. It’s absolute garbage. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING. Literally.
- DSDL “E5” SJSApr 26, 20261.0My son has a dairy allergy and cannot eat cheese. We have always been able to call ahead and order his bagel without any issues. This morning, while rushing to his tournament, we called to place the order and were told they would not take it over the phone. We explained that the online system does not allow you to remove cheese. The employee said to give him our name and assured us he would handle it. We waited 15 minutes, already running late, grabbed the order, and left. When we checked it, it still had cheese on it. Because of this careless mistake, my son could only eat half his bagel and we had to throw the rest away. Taking chances with someone’s food allergy is completely unacceptable and dangerous. On top of that, the service was terrible. The staff was unclear, dismissive, and showed zero accountability or apology. We will NOT be coming back!!!
