  We originally decided on another restaurant inside the Factory but when we got there we didn't like the looks of it so we left & stumbled across Edley's & liked what we saw much better so we went to the counter & ordered the Turkey platter w Mac & Cheese as well as the Pork & Brisket meal. Honestly we weren't expecting anything special from a restaurant inside a mall but we were wrong because everything was absolutely amazing, in fact possibly top 2 or 3 we've ever had & that's saying a lot because we've been many, many BBQ joints over nany years. Lastly the tandem of servers did an excellent job & even offered us a complimentary Banana Pudding for Dessert for being new customers not to mention the prices were quite reasonable. Next time we find ourselves in Franklin/Nashville we absolutely will gladly return for another great meal!

  Updating Review: I emailed Ben, General Manager, who responded right away and was super kind. He offered us a refund and gift card to try it again. Means a lot to me that they were willing to make it right so I would try this location again. I never leave bad reviews but I just cannot let this one slide. Yesterday, my husband and I took our toddler to eat here and the service and experience was horrible. We arrived at 7 pm and left around 9 pm. The food took an hour or so to come out and they still messed up our order. It wasn’t just us that had this issue, but it was every customer in the restaurant. The employees were going around apologizing about the time that it was taking to get the food, but we never once saw a manager and no one actually made it right. No discounts or anything. It’s very hard for a toddler to wait an hour for Mac and cheese (a small side dish). When the food came out, the item that was missing was the baby’s Mac and cheese. I asked the employee and they said there was a 15 min hold on the Mac and cheese. So, they knew that we asked for Mac and cheese and instead they brought green beans hoping we wouldn’t notice. Most of the time, I’d get a refund and leave but we had to feed our baby so we waited for it. It took another 20-25 mins for that side to come out and it wasn’t even hot. I also asked for chicken tacos and they gave me pork tacos. After an hour of waiting, I just ate it because I was hungry but it was unfortunate since I’m trying to avoid pork. Every person in the restaurant was upset including to-go orders. I’ve never seen so many people walk up to the bar complaining and asking, “how much longer” for their food. I won’t be going to this location anymore because we paid a lot of money and pre tipped at the ordering stand and it was never made right.

  Not a great experience tonight. I love Edley’s as a 12-South resident a decade ago but the experience I had tonight will make me question coming back. They ran out of brisket at 6:00 PM, offered a substitute, rescinded the substitute in favor of Wagyu brisket. The food took close to an hour and the service was non-existent. The team blamed problems on understaffing. When the food came it was cold. $30 later I regret every cent. Hoping this was an anomaly.

  Had a great experience today! Naya at the front was helpful and friendly. She recommended the new dirty sodas to us as well as some of the most popular menu items. The “Dirty Dr Pepper” and the “Pink Flamingo” were very tasty! Great environment and even better food! Definitely recommend stopping by on your next trip to Franklin!

  Really teetering on 2 stars overall. First, we plugged on the address found on Google and it took us to a residential house... maybe where the owner lives? That was a first! After wasting 20min on that detour, we tried again and found the Franklin location. That also takes you to an address that isn't real, but luckily we saw a sign that said it was inside a warehouse We went in and decided to go to the bar for faster service. She said they were out of the burger sauce and wish got our order partially wrong and then her friends showed up. Once that happened, we were second fiddle to her having fun with her friend. Even settling the tab was done uncomfortably fast so she could get back to the conversation with her friend. The food was okay for the products that weren't out or messed, but with all the problems from finding a real location mixed with the service, I wouldn't come back.
