At Edley's Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked tow and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host-one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

    First time customers. Amazing place. Service is welcoming and exceptional. Food is delicious and prepared wonderfully. Complimentary banana pudding was amazing. We will be back

    Service was quick and friendly. Food was average. The smoked chicken was juicy and a good portion size, but had a strange sauce on top. Iced tea was great and hit the spot. The potato salad was not the southern style I'm used to but tasted ok. The baked beans had a bunch of stuff added in and didn't taste like baked beans. I was offered complimentary banana pudding as a first time customer. The flavor was just ok. Would be better if it had vanilla wafers on it. Definitely not Texas barbecue, but caters to tourists who may not be as picky.

    Edleys catering delivered the best meal in the middle of a torrential rainstorm. It was perfectly prepared and all our guests raved about the brisket and pork!

    HB made this first timer’s experience worth it! He was welcoming, helpful and all around a vibe. The meats (I had brisket 😍) are obviously the highlight but there needs to be a best side award for their banana pudding. Please don’t skip it! Love that I was introduced to this place and I hope to return very soon 🫶
