- DSD S1 day ago2.0I continue to come here begrudgingly, mainly because I like their food and don’t have many other options for quick donuts and coffee. But this location is almost always awful (not that the other ones nearby are much better). It’s usually a long wait no matter what you order. If someone actually greets you with a “hello” or “good morning” I’d be blown off my feet. Being out of donuts is common, even getting there early. If someone opened a good local donut and coffee shop this place would go out of business in a month. C’mon Dunkin’, you can do better!!

While I was standing outside the door trying to figure out how to cancel my order so I could place it to pick up at the 96 location another man who was trying to enter the store told me he had a similar experience recently. You're unable to reach anyone from customer service at the 800 number or the store as both go directly to an automated message that says they can't help. I've clicked cancel order in the app numerous times but it doesn't seem like it actually works. Not sure how to get my $30 back at this point.

This is **THE Dunkin’**. I ordered ahead and somehow there was ZERO additional waiting, the icing was actually still on the donut instead of melting off and permanently bonding with the inside of the bag, and the sandwich didn’t taste like it had been marinated in the toaster. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The coffee was superb. Like, *oh… THIS is why I’m awake* superb. But the real plot twist: the worker GIFTED me a koozie from the **King Kylie collection**. As a Kylie myself, I felt seen. I felt represented. I felt like Dunkin’ had finally asked, “What does she want?” and the answer was apparently a koozie. Best Dunkin’ I’ve found in the greater Nashville area. This location has officially restored my faith in Southern Dunkin’. 👑☕️🍩

I have to go through like 3 items before I finally land on something they’re not out of stock on. And she just sits there and makes me guess.
