The employee at the register was extremely rude and didn’t acknowledge me at all - no greeting, no basic courtesy. The only thing he said during the entire interaction was, “Do you want your receipt?” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, my order was wrong. I received the wrong breakfast sandwich, and the quality was so poor that I ended up throwing it away. It was honestly just slop in a bag, completely unappetizing. The staff overall seemed very disengaged. It appeared to be mostly high schoolers who didn’t take their jobs seriously - standing around, gossiping, and talking instead of helping customers or keeping the place clean. The overall cleanliness of the store was also an issue; the floor was covered all over in crumbs in the back, which made the environment feel neglected. This location needs to be investigated by corporate for unhealthy environment for a place serving food.
