  Mobile orders should not take 10+ minutes to pick up via the drive thru. This team needs to come together and discuss how to make the drive thru experience more efficient. This is the second time I am delayed in the morning (when I planned ahead), due to how slow the drive thru is. I will not be coming back to this location because of this.

  The last couple times I have come here they are out of things, last time they had no bacon egg cheese croissant, bagel, or muffin. Now its no munchkins at all and out of large cups..... This visit I did get to sit at the menu in silence for about 5ish minutes without being greeted to take my order. My advice go to a different location.

  Waited in Drive thru for 15 minutes just for me to go inside to get my food because it wasn’t ready. Like she was like just pull forward. When I went inside to get my food it still wasn’t ready and she blamed it on me that I left. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Also there was like six people working and not a single one of them was doing anything.

  I had such a great experience at Dunkin in Cool Springs this morning. I believe the employee’s name was David—he was so enthusiastic, remembered my order, and made the whole interaction feel personal and positive. It completely made my morning. That kind of customer service really stands out! Please tell him to keep it up even on the hard days, that interaction could brighten up so many people's day :)

  I walked in and I was the only customer. Took almost 10 minutes to get one regular coffee and two donuts because the guys were distracted laughing while sitting on their phones.
