  stopped by the other day while in town visiting family for a wedding. decided to stop by and get coffee for my mom and i. my mom was having trouble figuring out what she wanted so she asked the person taking orders what he recommended. he was so nice and helped my mom out because she never likes my recommendations. i think she said his name was jack or jackson or something.

  This is the closest establishment from my house and id rather drive the extra 10 min for some reason they cant ever get orders right and the staff is always so ignorant

  Dunkin' do better!! Mufreesboro Rd in Franklin TN…manager Zac/Zach/Zack please do better! You had two people on the front end who were not completely trained, you were in the kitchen and taking drive thru orders. Your two people were trying with everything they had to take care of people with as much of a care as they could considering the mgmt behavior. You proceeded to slam everything the one time you come up front as if anyone needed your help making the atmosphere completely suck! You slammed every donut try against the glass, you slammed the sacked food onto the drive thru table, proceeded to walk past my husband and myself as well as at least 3 other families. You didn’t acknowledge any of us. We all saw your behavior and your complete lack of concern for your employees. And lack of concern for the hold up on the front end. Then when after 20 mins we received our last coffee, concerned I asked the worker if you were the mgr. I only wish I had a picture of the employees face. This isn’t new to him! This isn’t new to people who have worked there, but this is new to me and frankly, I won’t be back tho this location! If anyone knows who owns this location I would be more than happy to elaborate on the circumstances of our visit this morning!

  For new place need to put more then 2 people. Went there 5 times coffee always cold service very slow inside outside

  JAX AT THE MURFEESBORO ROAD DUNKIN! I went on my lunch break today to grab me and and a coworker a drink and i got stuck in a line that was taking a long time, which is usually not the case. Curious and unable to get out of line anyways I kept waiting. Multiple people ahead of me drive off after waiting so long due to frustration, but i decided to just keep trying. Once I got to the window i didn’t see anything other than the sweetest individual named Jax!! Jax politely apologized and said they were the only one that showed up?! They were running the place by themselves!!! I felt so bad as they were so sweet, AND once it actually got to making the drinks Jax was VERY quick! I thanked them immensely and hoped they had an amazing rest of their day. Idk if managers or supervisors for this specific store look at reviews but that employee was doing the darn best and was very polite, fast, the drinks were delicious and made correctly, and they still managed the register at the same time and i’m not just saying that, their service was great despite the situation. God bless them and i hope they get the recognition and compensation they deserve i can imagine the stress. 🤎🤎🤎
