The delivery was taking a long time and we came to pick it up and part of the food was accidentally dropped, but he promptly made it again without hesitation and comped the item. Really amazing service and attitude from him as we could tell they were stressed because it was busy. Thanks again Kobe!
- KKKeithMay 26, 20261.0I ordered the Pizza on the App at 9:38PM by 9:42 it was "going in the oven" By 9:50 it was in "quality check"................... I called the store at 10:21 to ask if everything was ok. The Driver (Julien) answered the phone and said that he was way behind and he was the only driver. The App said it left the store at 10:19 but the car did not move on the map until about 10:40. It was actually not showing him at the store, It showed him near Cafe India which was just on the other end of the parking lot just sitting there for almost 20 minutes. I finally got my order at 10:45PM. The garlic bites had no seasoning on them. and the Cheesy bread and pizza were dried out from sitting under a heater for the better part of an hour. It was literally a half mile drive or just over a quarter mile walk. Had I not had 2 children with me I would have picked it up myself. I think in situations like this we should receive a refund for the tip and delivery fee. I am glad I will likely never need to use this restaurant again. I mean if the driver was that far behind then why was he answering the phone? that just doesn't make any sense at all. The original delivery window was 10:03-10:15.

I placed my order at 8:08 PM and received an automated call at 8:17 PM stating that my order had left the store for delivery. By 9:01 PM, after waiting much longer than expected and living less than 3 miles from the store, I called to check on the status. The employee who answered informed me that the driver had actually left my food at the store because he had too many deliveries and had only just left again with my order. I asked about compensation for the delay and inconvenience and was told that no discount could be applied to this order, but that my account would be credited $5. My order finally arrived at 9:13 PM. Unfortunately, the pizzas and cheesy breads were unacceptable in both quality and temperature. The food was clearly not fresh. While the delivery driver was pleasant, that does not change the fact that I spent nearly $50 on food that did not meet reasonable expectations. I would appreciate a proper resolution to this situation beyond a $5 credit.
