  I did an online order that said it was going to be ready at 5:30. I got there right on time. The restaurant was empty aside from another guy waiting for his mobile order too. They told me it’d still 5 minutes until my food was ready. In the time I waited, I watched someone else walk up, order his food, and finish his burrito before I got my order. It was nearly 15 minutes before I got my food. And the guy that was waiting in the restaurant before me STILL didn’t have his food. To top it all off, I didn’t get what I ordered. And it was drowning in sour cream and dressing. Pretty gross.

  Food is messy, looks old. The short white guy who helped me seemed to be a robot. It’s the guy in the photo. Had no personality, was not nice, he had an attitude like I was bothering him, he was nicer to another person but not me. I will not be coming back here at all.

  Food portions atrociously small. Paid nearly 14$ for a bowl about 1/4 of the way full. Staff preparing the bowl acted like they hated their job, and I bet they do. Please be better when someone gets a bowl and fill it up properly!!!!

  Most of the employees at this specific chipotle have crazy attitudes… not to mention the price of my food changes every time I go and I get the same thing every time.. Portions are also not decent when you get anything extra, for example if I get a side of chips and queso, the queso is always only half full. I love chipotle so this location is very disappointing and will be going to the other one in Franklin, even if it’s further away.

  First off I love chipotle I've been to a ton of locations but I've never been given warm browning lettuce at any of them, I tried asking if that's how it was supposed to look and was told it's just hot today and shouldn't affect anything, the chicken was incredibly dry and the queso I was given was evidently chunky with dried cheese. Employees aren't exactly rude but they certainly don't care, if you decide to eat there you may end up seeing two employees getting nasty with each other verbally, wouldn't recommend this location, the nearby taco bell was much better and somehow had nicer employees.
