  Food portions atrociously small. Paid nearly 14$ for a bowl about 1/4 of the way full. Staff preparing the bowl acted like they hated their job, and I bet they do. Please be better when someone gets a bowl and fill it up properly!!!!

  Most of the employees at this specific chipotle have crazy attitudes… not to mention the price of my food changes every time I go and I get the same thing every time.. Portions are also not decent when you get anything extra, for example if I get a side of chips and queso, the queso is always only half full. I love chipotle so this location is very disappointing and will be going to the other one in Franklin, even if it’s further away.

  First off I love chipotle I've been to a ton of locations but I've never been given warm browning lettuce at any of them, I tried asking if that's how it was supposed to look and was told it's just hot today and shouldn't affect anything, the chicken was incredibly dry and the queso I was given was evidently chunky with dried cheese. Employees aren't exactly rude but they certainly don't care, if you decide to eat there you may end up seeing two employees getting nasty with each other verbally, wouldn't recommend this location, the nearby taco bell was much better and somehow had nicer employees.

  Wow did this place stink. The service was awful, staff rude, didn’t share what was included or extra, nor did they get the orders correct. We had lunch take out today that was $68 for 4 bowls where the staff was rude except for the 1st associate in the assembly line ( she was African American) where the others took offense when asked to repeat themselves as we couldn’t understand the questions. Being charged for lime & cheese sauces; paying $3.45/ bottled soda was ridiculous for take out food. Went to a restaurant the other night down the street ( Tony’s) where some of us had burritos and the bill was ~$90 that included beers with a waitress…give me a break. Ohhh by the way, some of the portions/meat were small including wrong rice type’s . Go somewhere else.

  Every day it’s a different price, it’s like they just make up the price for whatever they like, today I paid more than I’ve ever paid and I literally get the same thing every single time, it’s was literally $3 more than I’ve ever paid, now $3 isn’t going to make me homeless, it’s just the principle behind it. I think I might to start going to the other Chipotle up the road if this is going to continue.
