Compared to other locations in the area and Murfreesboro this is my favorite, though I always order in person…which can make a difference

This is not only the worst Chipotle location you will ever see, but it’s the worst restaurant choice… period. They constantly mess up orders. In fact, I’m sitting in the Chipotlane right now, 9 cars deep, because I was given a free meal for how badly they messed up last time. I ended up going in to pick up my order, and the dining room was a disaster with a long line of people. Many of them left with their order before mine was ready. I only come to this location because it’s close to my house, but I think from now on, I’ll just drive to the new one in Cool Springs.

Paid for the take out of extra portion of protein and when I get home there is hardly any chicken in it . Let alone the extra protein. Has happened a couple of times now .
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after today’s experience, I feel others should be aware of what happened.
I placed an online pickup order at the Chipotle on Carothers Parkway in Franklin. My order was a bowl with extra white rice and double chicken. After picking it up through the Chipotlane, I immediately noticed it did not have the extra white rice I requested and did not appear to contain the double chicken that I paid for.
I went inside right away and politely asked if it could be remade. The young gentleman who initially assisted me was extremely friendly and was prepared to remake the order. However, a female employee stepped in and said she needed to contact the General Manager first. When she was unable to reach the GM, she stated she remembered me from a previous visit where I had an issue with my order and said there was “no way” it could be incorrect again. Her comments made it seem as though she believed I had altered the bowl after leaving the restaurant.
I have visited this location approximately 12 times over the past two and a half months, and only twice have there been issues with my orders. Mistakes happen, and I have always addressed them respectfully with staff. However, I was made to feel as though I was being accused of lying.
What was most concerning is that I was told they would never remake another order for me in the future and that any future issues would need to be handled through Customer Service.
That is not how customers should be treated. I have no reason to be dishonest about a bowl of food—I simply wanted to receive what I ordered and paid for. The young man who initially assisted me was professional and kind, and I appreciate his effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the interaction with the other employee overshadowed that experience.
Update: I contacted Chipotle Customer Support regarding this incident. They responded promptly, apologized for my experience, acknowledged my concerns, and advised that they are working to address this ongoing issue. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to investigate the matter. My hope is that this feedback results in better order accuracy and, more importantly, that customers are treated with respect when they politely bring a legitimate concern to the staff’s attention.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but after today’s experience, I feel others should know what happened.
I placed an online pickup order at the Chipotle on Carothers Parkway in Franklin. My order was a bowl with extra white rice and double chicken. After picking it up through the Chipotlane, I immediately noticed it didn’t have the extra white rice I requested and it didn’t appear to have the double chicken that I paid for.
I went inside right away and politely asked if it could be remade. The young gentleman who initially helped me was extremely friendly and was about to remake it. Unfortunately, a female employee stopped him and said she needed to contact the General Manager first. When she couldn’t reach the GM, she told me she remembered me from one previous visit where I had an issue with my order and said there was “no way” my order could have been made wrong again. Her comments made it seem like she believed I had altered the bowl myself after picking it up.
What upset me even more was that she told me they would never remake another order for me in the future and that if I had any issues with future orders, I would have to contact Customer Service instead.
For context, I have visited this location approximately 12 times over the past two and a half months. Out of those visits, only two orders have had issues. Ironically, the first time this happened, the staff was also rude, and I had to insist that my order be corrected even though it wasn’t made as ordered. So, unfortunately, I wasn’t surprised by how I was treated this time.
I have no reason to be dishonest over a bowl of food. I simply wanted to receive the order I placed and paid for. The young man who initially helped me was professional, courteous, and deserves recognition for trying to make things right. Unfortunately, the behavior of the female employee completely overshadowed his excellent customer service.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don’t understand is accusing a loyal customer of being dishonest and then telling them they will never have an order remade again. That is unacceptable customer service, and I hope management addresses this situation.
