Where’s the value??? — it’s definitely not in the food or the cleanliness of the restaurant. My Harissa Avocado Bowl was $23.27 and all I got extra was chicken and an additional scoop of hummus. The pricing is appalling. I eat at Cava locations all the time and this one is a rip off for what you get. They might even be gouging the people of Franklin because it’s Franklin. It’s just wrong. If you’re going to charge a premium you better offer a premium product with a premium experience. Dirty tables and floors are not a good look. It’s currently 5:36PM, you have enough staff, you’re not busy… clean this place.

Great price, fresh delicious food, and fast, made to order food, Cava should not be missed. I especially like the Harissa Honey Chicken and the Crazy Feta dip.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. From the moment my wife and I walked in, Kayla never greeted us and came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The way we were treated made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The food was just as disappointing. I paid nearly $13 for a bowl that was less than one-third full. I ordered a half grains/half salad bowl, yet there was no salad in the bowl at all. For that price, serving such a small and incomplete order is unacceptable.
What was most troubling was the overall treatment we received. While I can't speak to anyone's intentions, the interaction left us feeling as though we were being treated differently than other customers, which gave us serious concerns about the level of respect and fairness being shown. No customer should leave a business feeling that way.
Between the poor service, missing ingredients, tiny portion size, and the uncomfortable atmosphere, this was a completely

This is the second time we’ve had a bad experience with Kayla, and nothing has changed. She is consistently rude, has an attitude, and acts like helping customers is an inconvenience.
When we came in to order bowls, we asked a few simple questions about the ingredients because we wanted to know what everything was. Instead of taking a moment to explain anything, she just pointed and said, “It’s right here,” making it obvious she didn’t want to help or have any interaction with us. That is not acceptable customer service.
She was also extremely stingy with the portions. We paid around $13 for each bowl, yet they barely had any food in them. It felt like a complete ripoff for what we received.
What made the experience even worse was watching the customers directly behind us get served by another employee. Their bowls were filled to the top with generous portions, while ours looked half empty. There should be consistency in serving sizes regardless of who is preparing the food.
I also couldn’t help but notice that my wife seemed to be treated differently than other customers, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Between the rude attitude, poor customer service, inconsistent portions, and this being our second negative experience with Kayla, we will not be returning unless management addresses these issues.

It was very obvious when we first got there that no one wanted to help the customers in line. When me and my boyfriend arrived there were 3 people ahead of us. 2 were paying out and 1 was waiting for someone to make his bowl. The store slowly started filling up and soon there was a line almost out the door behind us. We and the gentleman were still waiting for any of the milling people behind the counter to acknowledge us to ask us if we’d like service. After maybe 10 minutes Ava made the gentleman in front of us his bowl and disappeared never to be seen again. There was one lady at the cash register that never thought to help anyone even after she was done paying out the 2 ladies at the register. A girl was getting together the couple of to go orders with lack of urgency, finally when she was done she still decided to go to the back and help no one. She came back a few minutes later and decided that my boyfriend needed to order for me, because she only talked to him and made sure he was the one to order and coordinate the food for us. She let him know that they were out of the ingredients for my bowl, confusing us because we thought his bowl was getting substitutions when in reality it was mine and she never let either us know, having to make us infer that it was my food that was going to have to have different ingredients, which if I had know would have prompted me to order different, but I guess since I wasn’t acknowledged it wasn’t up to me. We finally make it to the register where the lady that can’t be bothered to help anyone past taking their money, is giving us dirty looks and is fussing at me for wanting to scan my rewards. We go to leave and stop to get to go silverware, but of course following this whole unfortunate process they don’t have any, and I opted to not want to eat my food with a fork. But it’s okay because we got our shoddy bowls and passive aggressive behavior for our trip.
