    Our server Elizabeth was very attentive and sweet! First time eating here and she helped us have a great time!!

    Service today was bad, We were in a group of 7. We were seated. I ordered from the app (because of the rewards app program) but was dining in. Everyone's order was brought out except mine. It was past the time shown to be ready in the app. So I went to the counter to get the order only to be told it was not ready yet. I literally sat there and watched other patrons come into the restaurant and get their food before me some ordering wings just like I did. My group of seven was more than halfway done eating and I still had not had my water brought to me they kept questioning me what was going on and I told him I didn't know. When I went to the counter to ask the server at the counter what was going on she told me they were still working on it even though I know I had been in here before at least 20 other patrons. After about another 5 I watched the server at the counter bring out different orders I saw her place went into the warmer now mind you I have been here to this store before and so they know me to see me because our group comes in on a regular basis. I decided to go it up to the counter to see if my order was ready and she instantly goes into the warmer to grab my order. Now mind you she didn't have to ask me what my order was or anything because she knew I was sitting there she intentionally placed it into the warmer instead of the courtesy of bringing it to the table. So at that point I asked for a manager I mentioned to the manager what was going on and asked why my order had taken so long. Evan clearly was brushing me off and was trying to blame everyone else and did not want to even look into the issue. So I did mention to him I was going to write a review. I get back to the table I'm eating my food in my original server (who has never spoke to me in all the many times that I have come to this restaurant except to as what I wanted to drink)decides to speak out and tell me how wrong it is for me to be doing a review and also that my order was ordered when my table was ordered, but hers came first. I didn't even get to explain it I was referencing other patrons in the restaurant and not my particular table. She made statements about how stupid it was for me to decide to write a review. She also tried to berate me and tell me how the drink that they provided me with was some special $4 drink I have ordered this meal before and the same drink has come with it every time but today they decided to give me a fountain drink instead of the regular 20oz bottle of root beer. It was embarrassing, but I did not try to argue back or embarrass her back. I sat there with my group quiet while she allowed me said the thing she was saying and they all just stared at her along with all the other patrons in the restaurant. I sat there with my group but the crazy part is when I got back to the office, everyone told me how I did great at keeping my cool because the way that the server Jasmine had spoken to me was very disrespectful and she did it in front of everybody to where the whole restaurant could hear her talking. We as a group decided this is the last time that we will be visiting this establishment. Simply horrible disrespectful non courteous and shameful. And I've been going to Buffalo wild wings for at least 20 years of my life.

    I ordered like 20 wings. I don’t get one sauce? This happens almost every time and I think I’ve donated at least $100 to the brownies I bought and never gotten. Don’t deliver from this place.

    Wings were very good. Service was excellent, and atmosphere was really good. Great place to grab a bite and catch a game.

    Awful experience. Assume that any nationwide promo or deal is not valid at this location. The past two times I’ve tried to get endless apps or the March madness deal (both of which were currently being advertised by the BWW Twitter account), this location did not honor them. On to this experience: perhaps the worst service I have had. We had to ask our waitress Lilly multiple times for things (which we still never received), and had to ask other tables’ waiters to help us out. This was while our waitress was chatting it up with other coworkers near the takeout desk. We even made multiple bouts of eye contact and gestures which were ignored. Food was bad, wings were a little dry but sauces were good. Fries were cold (not shocking at this location). Blue cheese dips smelled like gym socks (and I love blue cheese). Beer was cold and crisp though. Overall terrible experience.
