  None fish grill is the best place to come , our server Jay , was the best we've had in many restaurants. The food was very delicious, cooked to perfection. Will.come again ,when we visit frankin.

  Other than being forgotten once we get our food (it's become an amusing common occurrence...with the same waiter...once is understandable; three times?), the service is attentive (until we get our food), very knowledgeable, and engaging. We keep going back because the kitchen is spot-on! Always innovative with vibrant flavors and textures, we can't stay away from such quality dishes. We lived in Boston and frequented Legal Seafood. Although Bonefish is landlocked, they take what they have and make it exceptional. Unless the service (being ignored) becomes more than we are willing take, we will continue to make this our special seafood place.

  I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but our experience last night upset me so badly that I still woke up upset, so I’ve decided to leave a review. Since yesterday was Mother’s Day, I decided that what I REALLY wanted was a nice Chilean Sea Bass for dinner. We found the closest place to us (Bonefish) and called. Found out that Chilean Sea Bass was actually their Mother’s Day special for the night!! I was so excited. We made 7pm reservations and proceeded to drive 3 HOURS south just to get there for this special dinner. Upon arrival, we all ordered this Sea Bass dish - after waiting all day and staying hungry just in anticipation of this. About 30 minutes after ordering (and hoping the food would hit the table soon) our server came out and let us know that the kitchen was out of Chilean Sea Bass and we had to order something else. We understand things like this happen. But it was only 7pm (still normal dinner time) and you didn’t stock up enough to have your Mother’s Day special available for dinner service? We planned - literally - our entire day around this dinner, including 6 total hours of travel time, so our disappointment level was just far beyond a normal “they’re out of what I want”. I just really feel sad, let down, and like I wasted my day. I don’t get a lot of “me” days. I’m a wife, mom, and I work 2 jobs - plus this was my first weekend off so far in 2026. I really went out of my way to spend over $100 on a dinner that I truly didn’t even want. The fish my husband ordered was dry and my lobster ravioli was $31 for 5 raviolis and was covered in tomatoes and mushrooms, so I couldn’t eat it (I didn’t know - it wasn’t what I planned to order, so I guess I should’ve asked what was on it 🤷‍♀️). Just a really rough dining experience and will leave some bad memories behind for sure.

  Unexpected surprise at lunch today - have not eaten here in years and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was - but the best part was our server Jay - he made the whole lunch such a fun experience. Funny and totally on top of his game - Thank you Jay!

  We hadn’t been to Bonefish in several years and decided it had been too long. We went on a Friday night and Ryan B was our server. He was great! Loved his sense of humor and he kept everything going smoothly. Everything we ate was delicious and the atmosphere is really nice. Will have to go back soon!
