Today was the third time I have been to Fayetteville Jack's. The first time was at the end of a busy holiday, so I can understand why the workers were burned out, and the food (chicken dinner) was really bad. Afterward, I read in reviews that it is best to ask the food to be cooked fresh. I did just that the second time I came in. The crew was alert and served a freshly cooked burger and fries that were great. Today, I asked for a freshly cooked burger and fries. The crew seemed disinterested. I ordered. I asked for it to be freshly cooked, then was given a drink cup and told it would be ready in a few minutes. After about 10 minutes, my name was called, and I picked up my food and took it to my table. The food was cool and stale, like it was under a heat lamp too long. So, clearly, the crew thought I would not know the difference. I ate and left very dissatisfied. If I ever go back, I will order freshly cooked, and if it isn't right, I will go to the service counter and demand my money back.

New girl with black hair working is extremely rude. Got my order wrong and it seemed to be a huge problem when I asked for it to be fixed which I already felt bad doing. People that act like this should not hold these positions.

I really dont like this jacks. Half of the employees are just there to chat and ride the clock. I always have to wait 20+ minutes for my food, and its worse when I go inside. They only care about the drive thru.

A great place for a quick lunch or dinner. They have the best value breakfast in town.
