  I went through the drive through and I did not have to wait very long at all the food was fresh just as I ordered it And the attendant at the window was excellent.

  I think Arby's needs to stick to the roast beef sandwiches. I ordered the chicken tenders (5 piece) and they felt like they weighed 5lbs! The breading is so thick, which tasted like they were cooked in over-used grease. They were awful, I couldn't eat them

  If I wanted to listen to rap I would go somewhere else! The man that took my order acted like we were bothering him. No thank u not even do u need anything else! The smaller lady was nice I asked her could I have some ketchup and got it right away. She was nice.my wife and I r going to go there one more time. I always give anywhere we go 2 chances. Food was Luke warm .the man said it was just dropped and I know it wasn't. Wasn't going to argue. So We will see.

  Very disappointed! The food we were served was old and cold. We have no intention on going back. Worse $20’s spent.
