- MPMichael PippinMay 13, 20261.0Most of the Dairy Queens in east TN especially Maryville and Athens have been extremely good and customer service has been amazing. Today I visited the one on Kingston Pike in Turkey Creek. My daughter wanted the $7 meal (chicken tenders, fries, drink and a (sundae or blizzard) but it does not say anything about a 3 dollar uncharge. I have looked online and brought it to the managers and district managers attention.(Sandra) The manager took a picture on her phone and showed it to me but the photo was blurry. I have added the photo from DQ website and this may qualify under false advertising. Also did not receive a receipt and the milkshake and blizzard were a mess ( ice cream all over the sides no care. Very disappointed Dairy Queen do better or get better management and employees. I will not be back to this location.

- JCJoshua CantrellApr 14, 20261.0On Saturday, April 10th at 2pm, we entered the store and were second in line at the front counter. Four or five employees noticed us and the lady in front of us, but none offered to walk over and take our order. We waited 10 minutes before leaving the store.
