  Has not gotten my order right the first time in months, always forgetting items or screwing up the toppings on a burger. Does not know the meaning of "light" condiments, every burger is swimming in condiments.

  This location consistently disappoints. On the off chance that they get the order correct, the food is just as good as any other Sonic. The trouble is that getting what you order is akin to winning the lottery. Unless you go outside of typical meal times, plan to wait at least 20 minutes for your (incorrect) order. Once you’ve waited long enough that you have memorized the advertisement rotation on the order screen, at LEAST 5 minutes after the “your order is being delivered by…” notification is shown, your carhop will mosey toward your car with the expediency of a toddler trying to buckle their car seat by themselves. Their “manager” does not seem to understand the concept of scheduling- the half-hearted, rote excuse that follows “sorry for your wait” is always “we’ve only got one carhop”. Once is a learning opportunity, twice is a mistake, but consistently running a skeleton crew to the detriment of customer service is a testament to the intelligence of management. So, if you don’t mind dealing with incompetence, apathy and a wait that feels longer than Sunday service to pay $50 to feed your family a “quick and easy” meal, enjoy.

  This place constantly messes up orders... My order is simple, a plain hamburger with bacon. I'm taking out 7 different steps for the cook to not have to do, they don't have to put on cheese or the 6 other condiments they put on it, so It should be much easier and faster to prepare...but apparently the robots just make everything the same and do not understand precise verbal commands. This is not an isolated incident, this happens nearly everytime I go there...The staff gets pretty snobby when you point out their mistake, and service is really slow. As a door Dasher part time, I've waited 20 minutes for an order before... One of the worst places in Fairview.
