Andrew was a giga chad, literally held the place together. He was literally doing everything by himself and gave excellent costumer service. He is the GOAT of Dunkin Donuts

Andrew is so awesome. He was all by himself today and remained friendly, polite, and got every order correct. I hope both sides of his pillow are cold every night and he never stubs his toe ever again. Godspeed.

Walk in employee sitting on counter. Couldn't get drink we wanted. They definitely need guidance on how to run a business.

Today was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager—an older woman with grey dreadlocks—was incredibly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional from the moment she involved herself. I had already been told by her boss on a previous visit that I was welcome back, yet she chose to escalate a simple situation into something ridiculous, going as far as having multiple police officers show up. Over what? A drink that her own employees were already in the process of remaking correctly. Instead of letting her staff handle the situation (which they were doing just fine), she came in with a nasty attitude and made everything worse. It felt targeted, unnecessary, and completely out of line. This wasn’t about rules or policy—this was about her behavior. The way she speaks to customers and carries herself in a management position is unacceptable. Situations like this don’t escalate without someone choosing to take it there, and she absolutely did. Management like this reflects poorly on the entire store. She either needs serious retraining in professionalism and customer service, or she needs to step out of a role that clearly isn’t a good

The lady with dreads immediately had an attitude BEFORE we even ordered, then got our order wrong, then MORE of an attitude when we politely asked for it to be fixed. Wasn’t even a complicated order and there’s no excuse for being that unpleasant for no reason.
