- CCCodyMay 8, 20261.0Placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pick it up and everything was fine there. Checked the order before I left and they were missing sauce. No big deal. My child wanted to go in and get it and upon his return he informed me that they said next time he would have to pay. First of all, maybe dont act like you dont make mistakes. Secondly, why are we shaking down kids for money for sauce that we didnt put in there like its coming out of our paychecks. Third, when I went in and brought it to their attention they got defensive and said he didnt say it wasn't in the bag. Of course he didnt. He is a child that is doing what he's told. Was a great experience prior to that and I wouldnt have been as aggravated had they just acknowledged they made a mistake. Don't talk to the kids that way either. Give my kid the sauce or tell them that they have to pay but dont hit them with " next time" like you are doing them a favor.

At the next window, I was greeted pleasantly and given food promptly. Double cheese burger is what I received. I ordered a daily double meal. It was warm and had no flavor. Chicken nuggets were barely warm. Fries were fresh and half cut tea was perfect.

My nuggets were cool, noticably not fresh. My mcflurry was partially melted, unmixed, and missing the extra Oreo, I believe y'all mistakenly put in extra mint. I only got 2 sauces out of 4 this was a doordash order. I'm very disappointed
