  Coffee was super hot which is awesome but my food was cold took forever for someone to acknowledge me at the front counter the male manager up front was acting like he was better than everyone and stuck up I usually don’t put bad reviews but this is not the first time this has happened if you want fast service go through drive through

  I had a great experience at McDonald’s. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. My order was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Overall, it was a really enjoyable visit and I’d definitely come back again.Thank you Mrs.Hali for the friendly,amazing service.

  The erwin mcdonald's is by far worse fast food place i ever been to. Placed my order through drive thru use my mcdonald's app I get to window to pay the lady at window was nodding in out I had to holler at her to get her attention then she forgot I handed her my card already and told me price and held out her hand for my payment while she was holding my card in her other hand. When I finally get to the other window to get my food I told the gentlemen he might want to have someone check on the girl who took my order cause she was nodding in and out and definitely should not be working. His reply was not again and hollered at a manager. The manager told me she apologized and she would address the situation. Two days later my son went through the same mcdonald's and said the woman was still working and still high on something acting same exact way. Management should be held responsible for allowing employees to work this way

  Most of it is pretty good, some of the staff member have a stick of the rear though

  It's like every time I use the app we get pulled forward to the next window to wait. And they serve 8 cars before handing me my food. Then everything is not in the bag. Just makes me not want to use the app to get better service. I only ordered a $6 meal deal an extra fry drink and a happy meal. Shouldn't be able to serve 8 more cars before handing that out.
