  $70 worth of food, ordered via the app, well in advance of our arrival. We arrive and have to sit in drive thru while the whole order is prepared while having 3 young people standing in the drive thru casually chatting. The attendant then tried to give us the wrong order and had to be told by someone else it was the incorrect order as he was trying to hand it to us. This was not a busy time at this location, given that three people could stand around chatting in drive thru! Completely uncalled for and makes the app pointless!

  Great food if you get all of what you ordered. Missing an item ordered and didn't check before I left the drive-thru.

  I can't even explain how bad this place can actually be sometimes it's so Inconsistent it's crazy some days a banger place a lot of days awful I love Taco bell so much my favorite place to eat but I feel as if I have to look for a "good Taco bell" the thing is me and my wife are out late and we go to Taco Bell on Elizabethton tn and we get tacos and a quesadilla the tacos are plain with cups of cheese judge me if you like lol but the quesadilla was ordered after the plain tacos so no mix up could be bad in the conversation we get home and the quesadilla has just straight up chicken on it and after a long day of working and then going out with the family that's a huge bummer i wish my favorite place would just step it up I'm one of there most loyal customers no one like Taco bell more than i do I promise you that but it's stuff like that just gets under my skin a tad I get people have awful days and it's hard out there but when it's most days it's just a staffing problem at a point and it's poorly ran or the staff is just genuinely that uncaring.

  I don't understand how this place is still in business. Food is always cold even after waiting for them to prepare your order. Then you never get the right order. If you order for a group of people they do not Mark any of the items so you have no idea what you're getting, and have to open each one. The new spicy chicken nuggets are burnt to a crisp and cold. How can one place continually get it so wrong and still be running a business do better.

  Steak taco was cold!! New empanadas were hard as a rock. Tried to take a bite and thought I broke a tooth. Terrible food quality!!!!
