  Food’s decent but they completely messed up the order plus I waited for about an hour after ordering.

  Came to sonic only for a root beer float and came up to the ordering kiosk and pressed the button to order. No one came on the line to take my order for over 20 minutes until multiple other people complained that no one would take our orders. Waited 20 minutes just to tell them they couldn’t even get me a root beer float, 30 minutes of my day wasted, will be heading to Dairy Queen

  This place is a joke. They took my food back cashier Brandon after regulations state no food is to be brought back into the building after it’s been put into customers hands (for sanitary and contamination reasons ) the 2 times they remade my ultimate breakfast burrito and still messed it up after I requested no bacon . The cheese was cold and the burrito still had bacon in it . I don’t eat bacon due to my beliefs and they still managed Everytime to have bacon on there . I will not be returning to this location . Do better guys !!!

  Placed an online order at 11:55 am today. After waiting in a stall until 12:30, watching MULTIPLE cars who arrived after me get their orders, I pulled in the drive through. Handed me my grease soaked bag of cold food (a kids burger with fries, drink and an additional water) and the guy says "yea, your drinks look really watered down". Manager/Lead advised she couldn't give me a refund to call corporate. She tried to make the situation better, Which I appreciate. Slow orders have been a ONGOING issue at this location. I am a 4 day a week customer ordering drinks for my day at work. I can assure you I will NOT be returning.
