  Gotta give this one a solid 5 stars. I asked for a little darker than normal on a thin crust (hard to get perfect, but this one absolutely was perfect). Served exactly when promised and with a smile. Visited on 8/18/26 at 12:10 (just so management knows who to thank for bringing me back to the Pizza Hut thin crust excellence that I have loved for over 50 years). It was worth going off my low-carb diet on this meal!

  I had called-in order. Food was expensive for the quality. Pizzas were soggy. Food was edible. Person at window was nice and friendly. I bought two pizzas.

  Probably the worst experience I have had at this food chain. I ordered ahead and stopped here with my 5 kids yesterday at 8:15, we were going to sit and eat and was immediately reminded they were closing lobby early due to short staffing? Which was fine 45 min was plenty of time, and that he would give me paper plates. Which I was also fine with. I went to buy a 2 liter and upon paying for this my kid had got some ranch from the salad bar, he brung it to my attention by asking if I was getting the salad bar and I immediately stopped my kids and told him no they just got ranch that I would pay for a salad, he said that he usually charges for ranch and I said ok I’ll pay for the ranch, he refused and stated that he wasn’t from that store and he wasn’t used to people grabbing what they want and said he would get plastic cups so they could minimize dishes and again reminded me they were closing lobby early. I was a little heated and stated again I would pay for the ranch and that god forbid they have to stay over a little longer to wash 6 cups. I have worked the same type of job for years and not once did I give a customer less just because I had to do my job and clean a little more, no matter if I had one other person working with me or just me, I would satisfy that customer and make them feel like there business is wanted.Did not get this vibe from this manager if he was even a manager.RUDE and LAZY staff.Very disappointed in this visit and will drive all the way to Johnson city before I eat here again.

  The thin crust i usually get is always cooked perfectly. The toppings are always right and generous also. I order at least once a month. The boneless wings are delicious also. The cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls are delicious also.
