  I had ordered two pizzas from here one being a Philly cheesesteak pizza, the other being a pepperoni and mushroom pizza with like cheese needless to say the Philly cheese pizza was not done. It was doughy and gooey, and gross. The pepperoni pizza that I had ordered, they had made it pepperoni and steak and it was absolutely disgusting. i’m not at all happy with my service nor do I plan to return nor do I hope anybody else decides to order from them at All!!!

  Horrible service. This location (Elizabethton TN) neither honors the deals they advertise nor do employees find it pertinent to get the toppings requested correct either .. and when they get corrected on these things by the customer, they become irritable and sometimes refuse service. I only go to this location if necessary, I recommend any other location other than this one.

  Got a pizza and it’s usually fine but when I opened the box my half of the pizza had four little elementary school sized slices the food was still good but I would like if they could learn how to cut a pizza

  Love the spices they put on their crust. I don't always enjoy eating the crust at some of the other pizza places, but Domino's a buttery garlic seasoning crust that I enjoy eating every bit of the pizza.

  I placed my order online and used the tracker to know when my order was ready to pick up. I absolutely love the tracker, it helps keep you from standing in long lines waiting and it is very convenient. The parking lot was clean and trash free. When I went in to pick up my ready order, I had to wait a few minutes because before I went in they had just got done serving 5 or 6 other customers. My order was fresh and still very warm. When I got back home and started to eat, my order was not completely right so I called them to let them know and unlike Most other places after apologizing they said that they would replace my order at my convenience If more restaurants would do this they would probably get better business and more returning customers. You definitely get your money's worth and they always have some great deals to save you some dough. The food is delicious and the prices are great.
