Came this evening to get ice cream with my daughter, one pineapple sundae, one Carmel Sunday and one cheese curd took 20 minutes to get. We got a drink with it, and the tea was soured, the sprite was out, just carbonated water, water standing all over the floor in front of the freezer where they keep the frozen cakes. My pineapple sundae came with flakes of black stuff all through out the ice cream. There were no lids, and no straws. 0/10 experience

Parking lot could be cleaner. I went through the Drive Thru and placed my order. Who knew that it would take 5 minutes just to get a cup of ice and 2 hot dogs with chili, mustard and onions. I recommend that if you get a hot dog with chili you might want to ask for a spoon to eat it with. The appearance of my food, I would only give it 1 star and honestly it doesn't deserve that. When I opened the box to eat my hot dog the inside of both boxes were covered in chili and even though they gave me a plastic fork and knife I needed a spoon if I wanted to get to eat the chili. It's a disgrace how bad the food and it's presentation was given to me and how I had to eat it. Apparently the Dairy Queen in Elizabethton Tn doesn't care about satisfying the customers. If I'm paying for food, I at least want it to be edible and not all over my clothes because someone was in a hurry to just throw it together in a box and send it out the Drive thru window. I mean I had to wait 5 minutes just to get the hot dogs, if it takes them that long just to fix the hot dogs then they should at least take a few extra seconds to box it properly and where someone can actually eat it. This is without a doubt 1 of the worst Dairy Queen restaurant's that I have EVER been to.

My nieces went through the drive through about an hour ago and their experience was nearly identical to Tabitha's from 10 months ago. My nieces aren't the kind to leave reviews. I on the other hand. . . Ice cream was good. Fries were cold. Tenders were ok. Customer service was awful. They asked for a lid for a blizzard (I thought that was standard) and the card back (they'd already received notification on their phone that it had gone through) and he snapped that he was waiting on the receipt. They asked for a tray for the 6 drinks and he replied he didn't know they needed one. Then they had to remind him to add chocolate syrup to the ice cream with chocolate syrup they'd ordered. I used to manage a fast food place, I'd recommend some remedial training in customer service, a transfer to the kitchen or a recommendation to find a job that doesn't involve the public.
