  Now I have tried and tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt... they just had a remodel so I was wanting to check it out and see how it looked. Go through drive through start placing my order after every item the girl repeats what I said to make sure its correct, great start, go pay get myb4 drinks as I am ordering for the family, girl stated she used 2 cup trays because there flimsy. Hands me drinks all 4 of em spill in my seat. ( told em and just got handed a stack of napkins) get home with he food realized 2 items are missing, mond you every thing was repeated back correctly. Check receipt noticed said 2 items we not even rang up. Went back a bit upset went inside and ordered said items and they even reng it up incorrectly. Different girl proceeds make every excuse in the book. the manager ( im assuming that's who it was as they were cleaning fryer) never said a word and and shuffled around like someone on something and was zoned so far out I dont even think they knew what planet they were on) this location has turned into trash. Be careful on your orders because God knows what you will get or be charged for.

  I can not tell you the numbwr of tines i have ordered something fir them to say they dont have it. And then ask for something else ans nope dont have it either top it off cant do the next thing i ask for because they dont hh ave the right container or cup .

  The level of incompetence is crazy. We pull to the drive thru. Wait put our order in. The woman was rude and hateful. I had to repeat myself several times and her attitude just got worse. Then we waited almost 20 minutes to get our food. We pulled up and checked the bags. Of course everything was incorrect. So we pull back around (the lobby is closed for remodeling) tell her at the speaker what the problem was. Then wait another 20 minutes to get back to the window for her to ask what the problem was. I looked at her and the even more hateful manager lady and told them both specifically what was wrong with my meal. The sides were wrong and my sadwhich was supposed to be plain with only cheese ham and chicken... specifically those words. The manger woman came to the window and said we had to give her the wrong sides and the messed up sandwich back through the window. We gave them the food. We have no interest in things we didn't order. But again she was hateful and we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our order again. They hand us the back and we pull off thinking surely they got it right after all that. Nope that made the chicken sandwich exactly the same as the first time. I dontnhave time to waste with such incompetence. Almost an hour of my day in the arbys drive thru just to get talked to like a dog, my food messed up and charged almost 50 bucks for the experience. Definitely do not recommend patronizing this place. The one in Johnson City is much nicer. And worth the drive....

  The Beef and Cheddar sandwiches are a lot smaller than the last time I ordered. The store was recently remodeled. Very disappointed.
