  Friday, may 15th roughly 1pm. (Oh in case video needed for better service.). Walked in studied menu less than minute. Front end clerk tell us just second. Walk wipe and clean front end trash area. Fine no big deal. Then walks off to do the back end.. so at that point I did not know what to assume. No one watching front end? So, went McDonalds for cheaper tasting hamburger. Thank you for value i felt. Possibly. Manager did reach out take care of us.. but damage was done. Not after free food.

  This new location is horrible. They were great at first when they first opened but now every time they screw the order or burgers up somehow and for a while there didn’t even have sodas. Now tried them again today and there to busy goofing off when there is a long line and on there phones. They need to get this store straightened out it is awful and they are rapidly losing customers.

  Slow to serve patrons, it took 5 minutes to get the person in front of me to get a receipt to print correctly, the coke tasted horrible like it was missing the carbonation, when I asked to have it refilled from their other soda machine they handed me my cup back and said it is out as well. Not let me change it and get the drink you ordered, just handed me an empty cup.

  I’ve been here twice each time my orders were drastically wrong both missing items and having random items added if it was busy and hectic I would understand but it hasn’t been I just want a chicken sandwich and all I get is sadness and grief as I unwrap the yellow paper only to discover I’ve been given a disgusting patty melt I nearly cried

  The burgers are big and the fries are delicious! I had the Bacon Cheese Burger and it was very good. My husband had the Double Burger and he said it was very good as well. You order at the counter, take a number and they bring the food to your table. The price is relative to most fast food places these days. Honestly, the value and quality for the money exceeded my expectations. I gave this burger joint 5 stars on everything but the atmosphere and that is only because it is so small. We enjoy dining in a restaurant and we have attempted to eat here several times and there was no available seats. I highly recommend giving Whataburger a try, because I do not think you will be disappointed.
