  This new whataburger was an amazing addition to our community! The food was great, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was on point! Management was standing on business! Melissa went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and made me feel welcome!

  I have been through the drive-thru twice at the East ridge location and never once will they put any napkins in the bag that is so irritating when you're trying to eat out and you have no napkins even to wipe your mouth off with also there's never a ketchup there's never a plastic spoon or fork or whatever think about it this was you and somebody just gave you a burger a fry in a bag

  Terrible service. Horribly slow. Order was wrong. I ordered a double burger online to be picked up at the drive thru. After waiting more than 10 minutes in the drive thru line with 5-6 cars ahead of me, I got out of line, parked and went inside. I waited another 5 minutes or so to get my order. When I got home, instead of a double burger, I had just one patty.

  If y’all go to Whataburger and Melissa is working, JUST KNOW YOU WON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LOTTERY. 😂👏 I don’t know what they’re paying Melissa, but DOUBLE IT. GIVE HER A RAISE. GIVE HER A BONUS. GIVE HER THE KEYS TO THE BUILDING. PUT HER NAME ON THE SIGN. 😭 This woman gave me some of the BEST customer service I have EVER had anywhere. She was so sweet, so friendly, so helpful, and just an absolute JOY to deal with. You can tell when somebody is genuinely a good person and actually cares about the people they’re helping, and Melissa was THAT GIRL. I came for Whataburger and somehow left feeling like I had just visited my favorite cousin. 😂 WHATAburger corporate: FIND MELISSA. PROTECT MELISSA. PROMOTE MELISSA. DO NOT FUMBLE THIS WOMAN. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 service. 100/10 personality. Melissa deserves ALL the recognition. ❤️

  Melissa & Charlene were absolutely amazing! During my lengthy travels, my appetite crave a burger. Although there was several options in the immediate area, I chose Whataburger and boy was that the right decision! These two ladies made sure my food was hot and fresh, ensured speedy service, Elite customer service and created an experience that I’ll never forget! Thank you, Whataburger East Ridge, Tennessee Melissa and Charlene are making it happen!
