  Update: Turns out the issues may have been solely with the Doordash driver Shamieka. Spoke to the manager the next day & the order was fully refunded. We didn't know at the time that they use Doordash cuz there currently isn't a driver at the store. Hopefully that changes soon & issues like this don't continue. Order was placed by phone at 10:05pm, card charged w tip included, it is now after 11:45! They claim "Shamieka, has confirmed that the order was handed to you." Which is a lie. Shamieka's number was provided but no answer, left a message & still nothing. Clearly I will be handling this in the morning, before heading back on the road cuz we're visiting from another state & head back tmrw.

  I placed a large order. When I called to clarify something about it, the person who answered put me on hold for about 15 minutes. When they finally came back to the call, they told me they had 15 other orders to deal with and didn't want to deal with me or my order, and simply ended the call. I never received the order, and I’ve been waiting a week for a refund. Terrible service. If you don't like your job or what you do, just get another one.
