- WLWill Lee5 days ago1.0I’d definitely give a better review but I can’t. They have a manager there named Ray, who is ABSOLUTELY awful. He yells or gets very rude at customers, gets rude w/other employees. He acts like he don’t want to even be there. This isn’t even the first time either. This store is super convenient to me but every time I’ve gone there and he’s there, it’s chaos and his attitude just makes everything harder. A lot of people I know that go there has said the very same thing. I know everyone has bad days, but every time he’s there?? Come on Dunkin. Why keep someone there who clearly doesn’t want to be there, who is so dang rude to customers and doesn’t care about the other employees.?? The others are amazing people. Chelsey, Lacey and a couple others do double the work he does it seems like. I wonder how many people have to complain about him before it sinks in.

- KBKim Blah blahApr 24, 20261.0I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but this lady is crazy rude she has an arm tattoo the way yall let her talk to customers is crazy to me she talked crazy to this gentleman in front of me that was simply asking about his drink and was confused on what he ordered and then proceeded to raise her voice at me because I was grabbing my mobile order and she said do not reach over-the-counter. I spend a lot of money at Dunkin, but I will refuse to go back to this one because of her.

The lady at the drive-through window was very kind and personable for the limited interaction we had. Very pleasant morning experience.
