  Worst customer service I've ever seen no thank you or how are u she just threw my food out the window to me and slammed the window back all I was doing was picking up a door dash I'll never come back to this place again

  This place surpasses fast food expectations. Fast. Hot. Fresh. Affordable. Always A+ health dept scores. I mean, you honestly can't ask for anything more.

  I cannot make this up. I just stopped at checkers east ridge the guy at the windows proceeds to tell me they are out of medium cups for fries that come with the meal and I will have to upside to either a small or larger. If I decide on small even though medium comes with the meal they will charge me the same .60 uncharge since i am substituting an item but im not substituting anything. wtheck. Is this a joke? He told me his boss Brenda told him they have to do it. So basically Brenda is trying to meet her sales upcharge goal forcing customers to upcharge.icing on the cake after waiting several minutes for my food they proceed to tell me to pull over to bring it. Yall you have to leave turn into the street and the back into the establishment. If I didn't not eant those fries so bad I would have pulled off. Brenda should not be managing no establishment. Her crew should be fired. I was not the only car pulled over in the parking lot BTW. A gentleman had to go in to get his food since waiting so long..Lastly the irony yhey make you get a large to give you the amount of a medium ✌🏽 Its not about the money it actually only ened up being .40 it was the fact I was forced and they were rude. Reading these other comments seems like Brenda is definitely the issue and im calling corporate on her!!

  So I went through the drive through and a large male individual that was taking my order was literally cussing at someone. My first thought was he was cussing at me and I was pretty upset in the fact that this man thought it was ok to cuss while serving me my food and made me feel very uncomfortable considering I had my four year old daughter with me who has never as far as I know been subjected to such vugar language so when I finally received my food I asked to speak with a manager which I did get her name it was Brenda she basically made me feel like I was of no concern to her she never apologized for her employees poor behavior and she basically made me feel as if I was just bothering her and she didn't want to even be bothered with the secniero at all. Now I enjoy checkers it one of my favorite restaurants but I will never again visit the east ridge ringgold Road location again
