Between Bridgette’s nasty bitter attitude at 9am or the sorry excuse of being understaffed as a reason for treating customers poorly, I’ll be contacting Bojangles corporate regarding the disgusting behavior of their employees at this location.

I mistakingly did a nice survey for Tee Friday while waiting on an egg platter. I used to be in hotel mgmt so I know these small things can make someone's day. It generated the code to get a free Sausage & Biscuit with the purchase of one, which I stopped and did on my way out the door. I wanted something to take home with me. While waiting on the 2 biscuits, I noticed the receipt said $5.66. It should have been half of that. Sure enough, the receipt clearly states 2 Sausage Biscuits @ $5.66 total. I tried to show Tee I got double charged n she went from night to day, absolutely ready to throw down. She got hateful, refused to even let me finish a sentence, and also refused to take a single glance at the receipt I was holding out to show her she didn't put the survey code in right. I didn't need a refund. This whole thing would've been instantly fixed my simply throwing a 3rd S&B in the bag so that way I got the free one I was supposed to. She yelled at me, told me I was wrong, so I left. But the next day, I had to take a friend to the Walmart behind there so I ran into Bojangles while he shopped. I thought maybe I might get someone else or Tee might have gotten into a better mood. Boy I was wrong. Once again, she refused to look at the receipt, cut me off again, and this time yelled at me in front of half a dozen customers waiting on food at the other end of the counter. She pointed at the menu behind her without actually turning around towards it to look at anything and screams SEE!!! A SAUSAGE & BISCUIT IS $5.75, SIR! DO YOU GET IT YET??? Again, she was acting like she was going to shank me so I left again. Keep y'all's stupid biscuit. I am never setting foot in another Bojangles again. Done for life.
