  Stopped by Arby's on the way home and I was disappointed in my decision. My fries were old and cold and sandwich was not very good. Use to be my favorite place to eat but not no more.

  Ordered 60 dollars of food online and when we picked it up we requested additional Arby's sauce, the employee condescendingly said the bag had a bunch and that was all we were getting. We had a total of 4 packets for 6 sandwiches. This employee behavior would probably explain the empty lot at lunchtime. Do better, however my expectations for resolution are low. Judging by the reviews they make zero effort to make the customer right, instead they use canned "customer service" responses but do nothing to make it right for the customer. Last time I order there.

  I decided to stop by for a quick lunch, and it was a fairly average experience. The sandwich was made well enough and the curly fries were hot, but the dining area wasn't as clean as I would have liked. It’s a fine place if you need something predictable and fast, but don't expect anything too special.

  Food was Amazing! Had a $6.00 coupon and got a hot sandwich with fries and my drink very quick. I rang the bell 🔔 for great service! Thank you, love, Mr truck driver!

  Last night my husband and I went to Arby's through the drive-thru. Arby's is one of the more expensive places to eat in Dyersburg but I love the Hawaiian fish sandwich. Since the fish sandwich was not available anymore, we ordered a pulled pork meal and a BBQ brisket meal. All of our food was cold and the fries tasted like they had sat out all day, hard and flavorless. On top of the food being terrible, a sauce packet was included which we were supposed to put on the sandwiches ourselves. I have to help you prepare my food? McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, doesn't require you to put on your own sauce. Why do you? I am very disappointed with my experience last night. We threw the fries in the trash. Sad.
