  Stopped to get a classic roast beef to eat on the road. A short wait at the counter for a lady to take my order. She wasn't friendly at all, not even a smile. Sandwich came fairly quickly. Lady did not give or ask if I wanted any Arby's sauce. Oh well, sandwich was great!

  Stopped by Arby's on the way home and I was disappointed in my decision. My fries were old and cold and sandwich was not very good. Use to be my favorite place to eat but not no more.

  Ordered 60 dollars of food online and when we picked it up we requested additional Arby's sauce, the employee condescendingly said the bag had a bunch and that was all we were getting. We had a total of 4 packets for 6 sandwiches. This employee behavior would probably explain the empty lot at lunchtime. Do better, however my expectations for resolution are low. Judging by the reviews they make zero effort to make the customer right, instead they use canned "customer service" responses but do nothing to make it right for the customer. Last time I order there.

  I decided to stop by for a quick lunch, and it was a fairly average experience. The sandwich was made well enough and the curly fries were hot, but the dining area wasn't as clean as I would have liked. It’s a fine place if you need something predictable and fast, but don't expect anything too special.
