  Where to start, Left apple slices out of a happy meal. The quarter pounder delux was just a plain quarter pounder. No fast food place other than taco bell can seem to get a simple order right. Demanding a refund for the mess up.

  Im loving it! Worker at register was nice, food was perfectly adequate. Atmosphere was tolerable.

  Got three of the big arch burgers because they come with the white cheese, got 2 fries and 2 drinks for three people. One was ordered with no pickles. All three sandwiches had orange cheese because they did not let us know they were out of white cheese... one requested no pickles... it had pickles and the cheese just in the box with the burger, the other two had so many pickles thats all you could taste. And when they tell you they are out of ranch its a lie. Total was $30 for not even 3 full means and no one was happy at all. They didnt offer to replace or just refund they were annoyed we were even there it felt like.

  Is this a joke? I paid extra for the deluxe mccrispy (because I love tomatoes), and what I received was a 1-inch slice from the tomato edge, and another hard-to-find little slice from the middle. Why not add more slices if you know your tomatoes are subpar in size? Who is making these orders? Are their eyes closed? My fries were cold... and the ice was melted in my drink, because they make the drink as soon as you order, but fail to realize that the orders in front of you are going to take 10+ minutes. Preparation quality and order accuracy are severely SEVERELY lacking at this location. Positive note: everyone I spoke to was professional, and the guy handing out the orders had a good attitude.
