Ordered food lady was so rude… what else and what else she never even put my order after waiting 20 minutes i pushed the button and again pure rudeness i told her i had been waiting 29 minutes for my order she proceed to ask me what my order was 3 times and said i didn’t take your order would you like to order They wasn’t even busy. No ma’am I’ll take my business elsewhere

Went here yesterday, asked if they had burritos for kids. The girl on the intercom said no. Came back today and decided to order it as a jr. Burrito and it turns out they did. I felt lied to and very unimportant. Outdoor cieling needs cleaning badly.
But the food here is great, and the servers are very kind. Overall, the place is awesome.

Would rate lower if I could. Ordered late at night through the app because everything else was closed. I arrived at the given time and no one was at the store. 4 other cars were there waiting and no one ever came.
I tried called 3 times during normal business hours to ask if there’s anything they can do, and it rings for over a minute straight before hanging up. I guess it’s a store policy to not answer the phone?
I finally decided to drive to the store and buzz one of these stalls in order to speak to someone. When I got halfway through explaining the situation, I was cutoff and told “ there’s nothing we can do, you’ll have to dispute it with your bank”. Incredibly frustrating to hear that YOU allowed my order to process and now I have to take steps to get money back?
I even asked if I could show the proof of my receipt and the fact that they were closed after the hours it came through, and if I could just get what I ordered right then and there since I was already at the location. The person said no I couldn’t get the food and if I wanted money I have to go through my bank.
1/5 in the food because they didn’t even give me any
1/5 service for not answering the phone and processing orders they won’t deliver
1/5 atmosphere for going to the store and not even getting money back or food

We gone here and only ordered three items. The screens was broken too. They brought us our food and every item was wrong. When we told them, the server done come out and told us she don't speak no English. So she was just pushin random buttons when taking my order. What in the world? And the ice cream made me get the dinosaurheas all night. My grandkids was so upset that little Bob spewed vomit all over my backseat. It was a tough day for ol Larry and I just didn't enjoy my time there. Also, someone left a floater.
