But the other people there sat there and ate off the breakfast bar and the lunch bar. Now I think that is not considered right.

As soon as he brought our drinks he asked how we wanted to split the check; before we had even got our food. After we got our food from the buffet, he asked if we were going to use cash or card. While we were eating he informed us that they no longer take payment at the register; they use a table kiosk. I'm not one to scream RACIST.... but the veterans nor white couples were treated like that!!! Note, I eat breakfast here once a week and I have NEVER been treated like that smh. I won't be back.

There were a few people in there but there were several employees walking around doing nothing. Someone had their kid back in the prep area and they were all engulfed in conversation. After 10 more minutes, with no sense of urgency whatsoever, I got my pie. No whipped cream at all. When I asked they said the whipped cream thing wasn't working, whatever that is? Said they normally put it on the side. Did not receive any at all. I know Kroger sells it for about 3.00 a can. Very slow and extremely unprofessional. Then I go to pay and it automatically added a tip in there as default. Really? Do better Shoney's. Thanks for a forgettable experience. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is a lost art and it sad, but by all means expect a tip.
