  I go to this exact McDonald's a lot. Today we get there, order and wait in the drive thru to get COLD FOOD AND not to mention there was hairs in our food! YES! HAIRS (2) ruined everyone's appetite! This is uncalled for and I will be by tomorrow to discuss this!!! Not to mention i have called 11 times and it sounds as if it goes to a old school fax machine and then goes on to say "the voicemail is not set up yet" 🙄🤬🤬🤬 $25 and we got trashy food and hair in our food!!! I'm very mad!

  Was gunna get something to eat but went to bathroom upon arriving and witnessed and employee with a pony tail and beard proceed to come out of the stall after using the bathroom didnt wash his hands before leaving the bathroom so after that I decided I was not eating there and left because I have been im the food industry and I know your supposed to wash your hands after using bathroom

  I hate McDonald's with a fuming passion but I am not angry. I'm disappointed, so me and my son went today he ordered a happy meal. the burger came with NO pickles how could you... MY SON LOVE pickles. this place is so HORRIBLE.

  Server was extremely rude, when I ask for sauce she rolled her eyes and walked away huffing.

  New CEO video states what a great "product" the new Arch Burger is; however, order one, and they are out of Arch sauce therefore they aren't available. Unbelievable!
