- MKMrs. Katie4 days ago5.0We do not have a Shoney's anymore in Kingsport, TN. We are so looking forward to visiting this one. We are making the drive only to eat at Shoney's. It's a surprise for my son's bday because we didn't know there were any left. Please consider coming back to the tricities.

- SVSammi VuonoJun 13, 20262.0Both members of my party ordered entrees that included the salad bar. After going through the buffet line, we noticed that everything was the same temperature. That temperature was cold. While that is great for items such as the pudding and fruit, it is significantly less great when you expect mac and cheese to be, at a minimum, room temperature. My entree was listed as chicken alfredo with grilled chicken, however the plate I received contained angel hair pasta, what I believe was jarred Alfredo sauce, stale breaded chicken tenders, and a buttered hoagie roll in place of garlic bread. The other member of my party ordered a double Decker burger and was not asked how it should be cooked. The taste and bill indicated well done, on top of the patties having no dicernable seasoning. They did enjoy the fries, however. Drink refills were only offered along the bill. Overall, the food was not worth the roughly 40 dollar price tag. We tried to take this privately to the customer service number, but it redirects to a defunct form. The form disallowed more than one item of feedback, and could not be submitted.
