- SMStephanie MoffittJun 29, 20263.0I do not recommend this Bojangles location. The AI drive-thru ordering system made a simple order much more difficult than it should have been. I ordered my meal and wanted to add three sides of scrambled eggs. The AI mistakenly added two orders of eggs as add-ons to menu items instead of as sides. I couldn't get the AI to confirm or correct the order, so I asked to speak with an employee. The employee added my three sides of scrambled eggs, but instead of removing the two egg add-ons that the AI had incorrectly entered, she simply crossed them off on the receipt. I was still charged for those two egg add-ons even though I never wanted them. I ended up paying for both the three sides of eggs I ordered and the two extra egg add-ons the AI entered by mistake. If you're going to use AI to take drive-thru orders, there should be an easy way to correct mistakes without customers paying for items they didn't order. I do not recommend this location.
