  I like the food at this place, but the customer service is terrible. I placed an order through the mobile app and came inside to pick it up. There were two people working in the kitchen, but nobody at the counter. Another customer was standing at the register waiting to be helped. I could see my order was already ready, so I went behind the counter and grabbed it. The manager came out of the back and started yelling at me for stepping behind the counter. She explained that she was short on help, but that doesn’t excuse the way she handled the situation. I understand staffing shortages happen, but if my order is already ready, why should I have to stand around waiting while my food gets cold? I wasn’t trying to cause a problem. I was simply picking up an order I had already paid for. I like the food, but management needs to understand that staffing problems are not the customers’ fault. There’s a way to handle situations like this without screaming at people. The manager’s attitude turned an otherwise routine pickup into a bad experience.

  Ordered takeout, restaurant got the order wrong. Asked them to remake the food, they said no. Asked for a refund, they said no. I had to contact corporate for my refund but I am glad I did as corporate immediately refunded my card, gave me a $25 gift and an apology.

  Food is always good and don't have to wait forever for it to be ready. Service is good.

  I always enjoy there boneless wings and there fries are great. All the sauces that I have tried have been great.

  Good hot food, first time visiting. Elecelent customer service. Definitely a give it a try place.
