  The staff here are always so nice. Our kids love to go here for lunch. They are always so patient and kind while they order.

  Christine the cashier was the most kind..patient..knowledgeable order taker ever...Everything was perfect largely because of her.. she had some great suggestions as well. She is a 5 star employee

  The first time I ordered was 6/26/26 online... Everything was AMAZING other than the way over salted fries. On 7/11/26 I talked my family into ordering online bc it was so good the first time & they had never had WS before. I ordered basically the same thing Garlic Parm boneless chicken wings, french fries lightly salted this time 😆 & a drink. My food tasted like it had been sitting kinda stale, soggy & slightly warm... It wasn't really busy not like it was the first time I went so it couldn't have been because they were busy 🤷‍♀️

  Such good food!! The ladies serving us at the counter and making our food were also so kind and helpful ❤️ I'm a long time fan of wing stop so I love being able to eat at my favorite wing place near my home and I was not disappointed! For first timers it's a great experience too. My boyfriend told the wonderful woman at the register he needed a moment because he had never had WingStop and she gave an amazing breakdown of the menu and the flavors. Even with the brand new atmosphere the food was delicious, came super quick, and my boyfriend and I might have a new go to restaurant in Crossville. Thank you so much Wing Stop ladies!
