  Disappointing service on a special night We visited this location with a family of six for my daughter’s graduation dinner. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete, and I ended up spending a significant portion of her celebration in the drive-thru instead of with my family. After waiting in line again to get the two missing items, I explained the situation to the staff—noting that I was missing my daughter's graduation dinner—and asked if they could include something complimentary to make up for the time lost. They agreed, but the interaction ended with a total lack of courtesy. The staff member just handed me the bag, quickly said, "Here you go, sir," and shut the window before I even had a chance to respond. If they weren't able to offer something complimentary, I would have been perfectly fine paying for it. The issue wasn't the cost; it was the total disregard for the situation. It’s frustrating to be treated like an afterthought when you're simply trying to fix a mistake they made on a milestone night for your child. Very disappointed in the lack of professional service.

  Typical& average experience for fast food @ this price. We spent around 14.00$ for 2 for some pre- supper food that would tide us over till we got home, & cooked a meal.They were very busy. There's almost always a wait.However,this location, & restaurant chain in general has great, hot food that is almost always worth the wait.

  I haven't gone to Taco Bell in 11 years because I moved to a rural area and the local restaurant was terrible. I was shocked at the new prices, Taco Bell used to be cheaper then McDonald's, now it's way more expensive. I got the steak quesadilla and it was $7, that's insane! Last time I had one it was 2.99. There was barely any meat in it now either, it used to have lots of meat.
