  We ordered delivery directly through the Pizza Hut website, so we assumed it would be delivered by Pizza Hut. Instead, it was outsourced to a third party delivery service. The driver arrived smoking a cigarette and carried the pizza bag upside down to the front door. After waiting over an hour for delivery, the food arrived completely cold. I then reached out to Pizza Hut to give them the opportunity to make the situation right, and I was told someone would follow up with me, but no one ever did. Spending nearly $60 for what was honestly the worst pizza delivery experience we’ve ever had is extremely disappointing.

  Hunter gave excellent service. He was the only employee here and handled everything like a pro even with almost every table being full. He kept the bar stocked and was very professional.

  We hadn't been there for three or 4 years because of rudeness from waitress and just tge atmosphere. But we tried it for lunch today and it was amazing. The manager in charge was so friendly and made you feel right at home. He offered us specials and we ordered one of them. The pizza was delicious. Totally enjoyed being there. Will definitely be back. If you ever have an issue,please talk to someone. I honestly think you will love going here.

  Better call this Pizza Hut first to see if they’re really staying open for business. They decided to close abruptly tonight when we walked in over an hour before closing hours. I can’t rate their food because after driving all the way to Crossville Pizza Hut and helping my brother get into his wheelchair and then up the ramp into the restaurant, the lady behind the counter looked at both of us and said “well, I hope you’re not planning to eat here.” Why, yes, that’s exactly why we came. Despite the restaurant’s stated hours until 11 pm—and Google specifically posted dine-in hours until 11:30 pm, she decided to just close up when we walked in. It’s currently 9:45 pm. Bottomline, better call first—don’t trust them to stay open their posted hour. Not sure what else can’t be trusted here, but for sure not their service.

  We drove over an hour to have the classic pizza hut buffet experience and after talking with hunter and finding the start time and price *10 dollars and starts at 11 am* we took off. After arriving Hunter greeted us. buffet and always made sure fresh food was coming out and our drinks were filled. Thank you so much for letting me bring my child in to experience a taste of my childhood!!!
