Honestly 10/10 for customer service on this one! I ordered a derpy McFlurry pretty early. Their ice cream machine still wasn't really thick. So they offered to make it into a milkshake. They went above and beyond! And the boba is perfect size for their straws!

The purpose of Mobile App is to pre-order the food, so it will be ready at time of arrival; placing all responsibility on the customer to pick the food up in a timely manner to guarantee freshness and quality of food ordered.
This McDonald's however; does NOT prepare the food until the customer has entered the drive through and provided an order confirmation, where the customer is 100% guaranteed to be pulled into the waiting parking spaces to wait for food that has ZERO guarantee of fresh food and more often than not, still recieve stale/old and cold food after waiting extended periods of time (Typically, 10-20 minutes); which completely defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

The two McDonald's in Crossville are not on my favorite lists. We only go for breakfast usually. There are toooo many times that you can wait five minutes for someone to help at the counter. Not just to order but to get condiments or a refill. When I want to refill my tea I have to ask and they give me ANOTHER PLASTIC CUP. Why isn't there a refill station like other stores. When we get a big breakfast I ALWAYS have to go back to the counter, wait for someone to notice me to ask for ketchup, butter, jelly, etc. I usually order on the kiosk. Why can't there be a small area for that.

I wanted to share a concern about a location we visit often. This hasn’t just happened once—it’s been several visits now where we’re asked to pull forward, wait a while, and still end up with incorrect food.
Most recently, all of our burgers were made wrong and the fries were cold. I have kids, and they’re picky, so when orders aren’t right it turns into a really frustrating experience for everyone.
We used to really enjoy coming here, but the quality and service have noticeably gone downhill. I just wanted to bring this to your attention and hope it can be improved.
