  I placed an order for a large pizza and clearly gave the ingredients and specific instructions I wanted. The employee repeated the order back to me, so I expected it to be correct. When I received the pizza, I politely asked one simple question about whether it had cheese, and instead of responding professionally, the employee immediately became loud and argumentative, insisting that this was how I ordered it. I then pointed out that the pizza also had olives, which I specifically did not ask for, and the situation escalated further. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that another family member approached and defended the behavior instead of helping resolve the issue professionally. Rather than listening to a paying customer, I was made to feel dismissed and disrespected. I asked to speak with the manager, only to discover that the manager was also part of the family and showed little interest in apologizing or correcting the situation. Customer service should never involve yelling at customers, talking over them, or making them feel unwelcome for simply questioning an incorrect order. The overall atmosphere felt hostile, unprofessional, and extremely uncomfortable. A sincere apology and basic professionalism could have easily resolved the matter, but unfortunately that did not happen. I believe every customer deserves respect, courtesy, and a willingness to correct mistakes without confrontation. Sadly, this experience reflected the complete opposite.

  Got the Greek Salad, it was ok BUT the biggest surprise was that the olives were all pitted!!! The waiter didn't say anything and neither did the menu. Obviously I was shocked my first bite into an olive. Thank goodness I didn't bite hard enough to mess up a tooth. The dressing on the salad was ok, was very watery and ran to the bottom of the bowl.

  Good veal parmesan, pizza, excellent salad bar along with decent steaks. Bang for the buck it doesn't get much better.
