However, yesterday, a very thin white girl was working and would not allow me to substitute an iced tea to an iced coffee in my combo. She had the wrong attitude for customer service. I would think they would prefer to keep a customer rather than be right and not even try to make the customer happy. Based on her attitude, you lost a customer and a very large tip.
