No one told us it would take 20 mins for our chicken sandwiches since it was a completely ai ordering experience. After leaving we noticed they shorted us a fry and when I called back the manager became argumentative on the phone. As a small business owner I would be mortified if my employees spoke to a customer like that. I recommend some new training for the supposed “manager” I spoke to on the phone because what a joke.

Went in for lunch stood there watching the spectacle as they totally ignored the fact that I wanted to order something while They all just waited for Fries to come up. Watched people in drive thru using automated computer get there orders in while real people just stood there not acknowledging or even saying it will be a minute or anything. JUST RUDE PEOPLE WONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN AFTER THIS.
