  I didn't even bother placing an order. Employees were nowhere to be found but you could hear them in the background laughing and cutting up and not doing their job. Meanwhile they had 3 customers, including a little old man waiting at the counter patiently for at least 20 minutes. No one came up to wait on him or even acknowledged anyone's existence. Terrible service! Unacceptable!

  Waited at drive thru for 11 mins. Finally got up to order was told to give them a min.3 cars in front of us and 2 behind us pulled off. The 3 that had placed their order when we 1st arrived were still at the window when we pulled away also. Nothing fast food about Arby's. Bojangles got our money and we were through in less than 5 mins.

  I ordered the pulled pork, they asked if I wanted sweet or spicy sauce, I asked for spicy I got nothing. People grabbing the fries had no gloves on. I didn't even get a receipt. Almost $30 for two combos, not going back. Hopefully we don’t get sick.
