- ASAmber SmithJul 17, 20261.0Ordered the family 10 piece meal..the chicken was hard and a lil warm.spicy and I didn't ask for spicy, shorted me 2 pieces, fries where dry and got a small amt of gravy, couldn't get my money back cause paid with card said it take 24 to 48hrs, sometimes immediately.didnt get it back immediately and hopefully I don't have a problem with getting my money back. This second time this same scenario happened!!!!! I will not be going back for awhile!!!!!!!
